Delivery charges are based on the weight and are outlined below:
Orders £15 and under – delivery charge is £2.70
Orders £15.01 to £50 – delivery charge is £4.50
Orders over £50.01 – delivery charge is £8.50
All delivery charges noted above exclude VAT.
We endeavour to delivery your order within 10 working days. In times of exceptional demand orders may take up to 28 days for delivery.
VAT - UK Customers
All UK customers purchasing on line via the website must use the UK Customer tab as all UK orders are subject to VAT at the current rate. If you purchase an item using any other country tab, therefore avoiding VAT, we will be unable to process your order until full payment is received. International delivery information
The majority of products available to purchase via our website are exportable .
Please be aware your country may charge import duty over which we have no control. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from AttachaTag you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Errors Or Orders Not Received
If you notice an error in your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by the customer, will be the customer's responsibility.
Any errors made by Close Marketing Ltd must be reported to us within 21 days of receipt of the order so that we can remake and reship the order.
Any Orders NOT received must be reported to us within 21 days after the projected received date. If you do not notify us within the 21 days, to report an error made by our company or an order that was never received, Close Marketing Ltd will not be responsible to remake, reship, or issue credit for the original order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Changing Your Order
Once an order is placed via phone, mail, fax or web, we are unable to change or cancel that order. Since it is impossible to predict when an order that has been posted to us will arrive, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to ANY orders posted to us.
Please always double check your orders, especially ones you mail, as you will still be charged even if you have made an error. We will not issue any credits or remakes under any circumstances for any errors the customer makes on an order.
We regret that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any personalised items, or for the dislike of your color choice. Every order we process is done on a custom basis. Since we print exactly what you send us, we strongly suggest you carefully PROOF READ your order. We will not be responsible for re-printing an order you have entered or sent incorrectly.
At Attach-a-Tag we endeavour to produce high quality goods however if a product is found to be faulty, damaged or the text misprinted you must report and return this within 21 days. We will happily replace the EXACT order you placed and promptly ship to you. You do not have the option to alter wording, colour choice etc.
Your privacy is important to us. We only use the information we collect about you carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Information we hold:
If you have shopped with us we will hold your name, address, telephone number, email address. We will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders. We also maintain a record of your product selections. Credit card details are only taken if you order over the phone.
We will only hold your credit card details for the period of time it takes to process your order which will be no longer than close of business on the day that you have ordered. All credit card details are destroyed once the order has been processed. We do not hold credit card details for orders taken via our website, you will be directed to a secure site such as PayPal for processing of your payment.
If you have requested a catalogue, we hold your name, address, telephone number, email address.

We use the information we hold on your records for operational purposes; for example processing your order, dealing with queries, tracking deliveries, reviewing past purchases.
